From FY2022 to FY2025, gross margin rose from 7.8% to 28.9%. Operating result moved from a PKR 580M loss to a PKR 180M profit: a PKR 760M swing. Equity rose from PKR 203M to PKR 581M. The going-concern warning was removed.
In early 2023, Farhan Bedar Malik undertook a combined consulting and interim management mandate as Executive Advisor to the sponsors, with executive authority. The results belong to the whole company: its management and staff, who ran the programme, and its sponsors, who funded the recovery.
Operating profit is gross profit less administrative and selling and distribution expenses. It excludes the gain on land sales. FY2022 uses the comparative in the FY2023 audited report. Sources: Mitchell’s audited annual reports FY2022–FY2025.
